I already had a Progressive Dynamics 9200 however I decided to upgrade to LiFePO4 batteries and purchased the 9300 as an upgrade. It is the same size and mounting holes as the 9200 so it is a perfect and easy replacement. So far it is working great.

This is a fantastic upgrade to the acid battery 9245C. It was very easy to install and put into Li mode. I highly recommend this product for anyone considering an upgrade. I considered stepping up to the 60amp but this one is doing the job just fine.

This is a 45 amp converter with virtually identical input/output as your old Phillips unit. You will have to add a receptacle in order to use this converter. Hey Tom, yes the Progressiv Dynamics Converter part # PD69RR does need to be manually selected to either lithium or lead acid battery as it does not have an automatic battery type sensor. They played around with idea of using an automatic switch but the error rate of the sensor (that would have to run everytime the battery is used) wasn't successful enough so they went with a manual switch instead.

Hello LT, thanks for reaching out. I cannot recommend hooking your converter up to 110 power since this is not what it is made for. Your best bet will be to replace the converter with something designed for 110v. Also if you plan to change to lithium batteries it will need to be replaced anyways. For a replacement I recommend the Progressive Dynamics 9300 Series RV Converter Charger # PD69RR which is lithium compatible.
