Today, we're going to be taking a look at part number C58750. This is the Curt Trailer four fold flat cover. The four way flat cap is going to allow you to protect the connection point on the trailer end. This is going to help prevent rust and corrosion. You can see here how it's going to fit over the connection points, keeping them safe and damage free. It's going to feature a black rubber construction.
It's got a little tether strap here. This is going to loop around the wire bundle, or other secure location. That way, you can always keep it close to the connection point that it's designated for. That's going to do it for our review of part number C58750. This is the Curt Trailer four fold flat cover.

The connector cover is a perfect fit. I searched extensively for one that would cover the connector on my trailer, and etrailer was the only outlet that I found that carried one. My only issue is that the plastic is pretty stiff in cold weather, and hard to fit onto the connector when the weather is cold. Ideally, wait until the weather is warm or have a way to warm it up to put it on.
Anyone buying a wiring kit - understand and know that the kits do not provide the wiring end covers. This has changed since 2023, according to several stores and wiring installers. The manufacturers no longer provide these. Order this one to protect your harness from rain, snow, ice, etc. It is a cheap expense to protect your wiring.
The Customer service was great. Had an odd item that several other places could not or did not send me the correct item. Either Angie or Becky ( not sure which) spent the time necessary to get the exact part and when it arrived it was perfect. Cannot say enough about the quality of service. Very Happy

I wanted a cover for my trailer-side light wire connector. This one works great. A snug fit and a retaining strap make this a good value.
I purchased the Curt 4-Way Flat Connector Cover to install on my trailer to place the trailer pig-tail into when not in use. It works GREAT!

Great!! However, I have since given the trailer to my son.
Just the type of things I needed. All work as described. Items shipped quickly and arrived intact. Just as an awareness, the Mag-Flat (TM) 4-Pole Mounting Magnet - 38095 does not create a waterproof enclosure. That didn't matter to me but may matter to others.

The products worked great. I have since sold the vehicle they were for.
Bought one of these each respectively for my boat trailer, my kayak/canoe/bike trailer, and my general purpose utility hauling trailer. They have kept off ANY connector contact oxidization. I DO spray the plugs with CRC 05103 QD Electronic Cleaner before putting the trailers to bed before winter, which also helps.
Seals off moisture in the form of rain or deep snow. You can't go wrong!
We've been looking for something like this for a while, and are tickled to have found them at etrailer. Our only suggestion is that the attachment loop be longer. We had to use zip ties on 2 of our 3 installations to secure it.
Just what I was looking for to protect the trailer end plugs on our trailers. Now have them on three trailers and they work great. I keep dielectric grease on the plugs and these covers keep the dirt off the plugs and the grease off of us! Simple install and do the job they are designed to do.
Excellent transaction! Product description and picture verified it was just what I was looking for. The communication emails for shipping were responsible-kudos. The connector cover worked perfect, and replaced a loose fitting homemade connector cover I was using. The cover seals off my trailer connector from the elements, as I store my trailer outside, and slides inside the connector to greatly improve protection of the connector compared to what I was using.
Had been looking for a protector for the trailer connector. This one cover the pins and shields them. Have installed it along with a dab of dielectric grease for extra water proofing.
And I especially like the etrailer shipping tracker graphic.
I bought this product to protect the trailer connectors male and female. They fit tightly and are durable. One has already accident drug along the road while I was drivung the truck and no real damage was done to the covering.
Took two rounds to get the right part. Don't know why the hitch installer didn't give it to me or offer one for sale. Needed it now that I live in Rainsville... Alls well

Works as advertised, will keep the connector is great working order through the winter.

Excellent. Performing as designed..
I needed a simple connector cover for my trailer - etrailer had it for a great price and it worked perfectly - try to buy one separate from an entire trailer hook-up package (hint: you can't) - good job!!
My wiring is wrapped in a plastic conduit so the retention strap was a tight fit, so be aware of that if you have heavily wrapped your wiring. Fits perfectly and snug on the connector - and also fits into the vehicle-side connector cover when I'm towing.
Product was exactly as described and I am extremely happy. Shipping was fast, price was great, and the trailer plug is high quality. Excellent transaction and I highly recommend etrailer! Thanks!!!
eTrailer solved my problem! Got a different car and kept getting various dashboard errors regarding turn signals, etc. eTrailer knew just what to do. Recommended a different 7 pin adapter and a set of low voltage LED's and I'm back in business. FYI, it took both to solve the problem! Way to go eTrailer!!! Thank you.

Typically you find connector covers for the vehicle end, but these are for the trailer end to help keep the moisture out. Includes built-in cable wrap/keeper so you don't loose it.

This plug is still doing its job. The material is still soft and pliable, not cracking, after a year in the weather. I recommend it to keep your trailer light plug clean.
