Fast and easy! Fits perfect really nice being able to just order the bottom base due to us getting a new truck. We chose not to go with the slider get a lot more room with just a stationary hitch can almost turn 90 degrees got to about 80. All in all great service and great products. Thank you.

Well I got say that it is way easier to remove and store Very happy with it
Great hitch. So easy to install and rem ove.
Compared to the turnover ball that I previously had, this is easier to add/remove from the bead and maintains plenty of bed space when hauling
Customer Service was great. Item was delivered fast and accurate. First time using etrailer.com but won’t be the last.
Built well works great as do all B&W pr oducts

Easy installation
Nice being able to buy just a base for my puck system. B&W has a very nice looking and durable product.
Will was a great help shipping got a little messed up but I got in time for our camping trip.
Hitch was delivered in a very timely manner and luckily ok, packaging was in very bad shape, big hole in box and parts everywhere but luckily parts were all there and no paint damage. Your packaging could be improved!

Received the hitch replacement base this morning. Just got it installed. Absolutely perfect fit and function. The old saddle fit perfectly on the new base. I recently traded our 2015 Denali HD 2500 for a 2020 Denali HD 3500. A very special shout out to Korren in customer service for helping me get exactly what I needed. All installed on my 2025 Sierra 3500 HD. Fits perfect and mates exactly with the old B&M upper. Saved me mony overall!
Easy to install and remove from the truck to use the bed when I’m not towing the camper. By removing the head and base separately makes each lighter and easy to hold onto with comfortable grab holding positions.

Still works great. It easily installs on weekends we use the camper and out easy enough to remove when not in use. The tilt spring is a little sketch and need to tilt it manually then the spring holds good enough for hooking up.
