Perfect fit for my 2010 lancer GTS. It took me two hours because i need to make the hole bigger to fit the spacer. anyway the hitch was perfect and easy to install.
Great product, easy install. Found the install easier with the bumper pulled off, did not have to lower the exhaust. The only difficult bit was getting the wire through. Great quality product, really nice powder coating, really stiff and sturdy. Will use it to carry my bycicle.
The hitch that I purchased from etrailer was ez to install with the help tutorial. I installed it in about a hour and since then I've used it almost every weekend.

1st, why did you email me but thank my wife for her purchase. She had nothing to do with this order yet UPS told her it was coming. This is my 3rd hitch and 3rd vehicle install. My first 2 installs were easy, this one totally sucked!. I buy from you because I plan to install it myself. Luckily I have the tools required except for a lift. To install this in the driveway takes a lot longer than 45 minutes and is a two man job. The 3 steps seem easy but are a challenge for 1 person. (wait till you try to get that 8mm bolt in!). Other than the installation I like the hitch, you only see the receiver and my rack is a tight fit to it.
The hitch arrived on time and it fit perfectly on my vehicle....the installation was not as simple as I expected or as described in the instructions, I had to take it somewhere to widen the holes of my chassis bracket so the screw can fit inside, unfortunately I didn't have what I needed to do that, I wasn't expecting to make a wider hole or do any drilling, not your fault is just how the vehicle was made. Other than that great product.
Was exactly what I expected. Easy installation and has been used very frequently. My next vehicle will ABSOLUTELY wear a hitch from etrailer.com.

After a year of use, still very happy with it. Managed to scrape the ground with it while going off-toad but nothing a bit of sandpaper and paint would not fix. A great product indeed!
