Lock down your ball mount, bike rack, or coupler with hitch pins and clips sized for 1-1/4", 2", and 2-1/2" receivers. Choose standard, locking, or anti-rattle styles; anti-rattle pins fit hollow shanks, while solid shanks use an outside clamp with a standard locking pin. Running multiple locks is easier with keyed alike options, and extra-long pins help clear larger 2-1/2" hitches.
Yes—some locks offer a Keyed Alike option so multiple hitch and coupler locks use a single key. Select that option when you order to have all locks match. Keep the key code noted; replacement keys can be ordered by code for certain locks.
Only if your accessory has a hollow shank—anti-rattle hitch pins are designed for hollow shanks. If you're towing with a solid shank ball mount, use an external anti-rattle device that clamps the receiver and shank. Then add a standard locking hitch pin for security.
Match the pin to your receiver size, like 1-1/4", 2", or 2-1/2". Check the usable length so it spans the tube and still lets the lock or clip engage. If space beside the receiver is tight, choose a low-profile lock body to fit where there's barely any room to the side of the receiver.
Thread-on lock ends feel very secure and are convenient to tighten. Some locks let the key pop out when you press the lock closed, so there's no fiddling. Certain options work with a vehicle's center cut key for simplicity. Also check the lock body shape so it clears safety chains and doesn't rub.
