I really like the Air Lift WirelessAIR Suspension System for Air Helper Springs Kit # AL27DQ for your 2024 Chevy Silverado 3500 because it comes with an EZ Mount system for easier compressor installation on your truck, and then the kit also comes with a 2-Gallon tank and a quick-disconnect hose so it's really easy to connect accessory ends to the tank for things like filling up bike tires or whatever else you end up needing at the campsite! view full answer...
For your 2019 Chevy Silverado 3500, the manufacturer puck system is not available in aftermarket but there is a very similar option to give you the 4 pucks. It is the Reese Under-Bed Rail and Installation Kit for Reese Elite Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP30868. This system is a confirmed fit for your truck and if you want to also add the 5th hole for the gooseneck you can do that using the Reese Elite Series Under-Bed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch Head Kit - 25,000 lbs # RP30158.

There is a way for you to not only lock the B&W Tow & Stow 3-Ball Mount - Compatible with GM MultiPro Tailgate - 2.5" Hitch - 148K # BWTS20067BMP to your 2-1/2 inch trailer hitch, but also the ball platform to the mount, and the hitch balls to the ball platform.
All you need to lock it is the InfiniteRule Locking Pins for B & W Tow and Stow 10K and 14.5K Ball Mounts # 34061775-D.
I have added a photo a customer sent in which shows how this works. It comes with four locks, one for the... view full answer...
The included foot pads of that come with the B and W Companion Hitch # BWRVK3500-5W are designed to be used regardless if there is corrugation on the truck bed or not. The shape of them does allow them to fit in corrugation if needed which is nice. If you weren't to use them the hitch wouldn't make contact with the truck bed to support the load of the trailer. The only contact point would be with the gooseneck ball.
Since you don't have corrugation you will want to mount the pad with the... view full answer...
Does your trailer have solar panels? We've heard of this issue and and it appears there is a tech bulletin out about how the solar panel kits on trailers make the truck have this issue and disconnecting helps. The tech bulletin is 23-NA-113 and we've heard they are working on a fix for it.
One person was able to get it to work by installing the # HBA-CAM on their trucks' trailer wiring so that's an option too. view full answer...
For your 2018 Chevy Silverado 3500 the B and W Companion hitch part # BWRVK3700 is the best option you have for the factory rail kit. The Companion hitches are among the nicest hitches around and are considered by most as the best fifth wheel hitch. This would be a great solution. This also will easily work with a Lippert Trailair pin box.
For a B&W Companion hitch I recommend using a 10 inch diameter lube plate. We have the Reese Lube Plate, # RP83002, which is my top choice, and the... view full answer...
That shouldn't be a problem but what is the hitch size of your 2020 Silverado? It could be a 2 inch, 2-1/2 inch hitch, or even a 3 inch hitch. Measure the inside height and width and let me know. view full answer...
Although a sliding hitch isn't needed on a long bed truck since you don't have to worry about cab clearance, there is no reason one like the Demco Hijacker Autoslide # DM8550034 can't be used on your 2018 Chevy Silverado 3500. It will still work great on your new truck to provide you with an excellent connection with the trailer and an 18,000 pound towing weight capacity.
If your new Silverado is equipped with the factory puck system you will also need to add the Rail Adapter # DM6206,... view full answer...
We definitely can help with both but I need a bit more info from you about your truck. I'd need the bed length, the cab style and what hitch the truck has to pick out the tie downs and the bars. Anything specific you'd want from the bars? view full answer...
We do have a nice selection of 5th wheel hitches that are designed to drop right into the factory pucks on your 2020 Chevy Silverado 3500 but I specifically recommend the Curt A30 # C16070 that provides the highest towing capacity available at 30,000 pounds and features a unique spherical axial bearing that allows for easy pivot of the hitch head for smooth and quiet travel.
Something else you won't find on any other brand hitch is the 3-point indicator system that quickly lets you know... view full answer...
I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # AL57338. It will give you the most versatility with adjustments and load variations. For your daily construction site needs.
The kit comes with 16 feet of air line so you will have plenty of line that will allow you to hide and protect the air lines themselves.
You will be able to adjust the air springs independently from each other to get a custom ride that will be smoother than a jounce style spring. view full answer...
It sounds like you just have a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 without the factory prep package. If that's the case then we still have fifth wheel hitch options even for models without the factory prep package (pucks). That said, you'd need to install a set of above bed base rails, the Reese Quick-Install Custom Outboard Installation Kit part # RP84FR which will then work with most slider fifth wheels hitches like the Curt 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider part # C16541.

The B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3700 is perfectly compatible with cushioned pin boxes like your MORryde RP072-1621HD, so the clunking you're experiencing isn't related to the two components being incompatible. With that being said, the Companion 5th Wheel Hitches feature one of the nicest jaw designed on the market, so this clunking during starts and stops isn't exactly normal, either.
One thing I might check first is that the brakes are engaging properly on the trailer.... view full answer...
The Elite fifth wheel rail kit part # RP30158-68 has very different puck dimensions than the factory rail kit your 2016 Chevy Silverado 3500 would have came with. The areas of your truck bed that are flat or designed for matching up to the pucks of the OEM rail kit will not match up.
The # RP30158-68 will allow you to use a hitch like the Reese M5 part # RP30921 which is a very quiet and high quality hitch.

The best camera system pre-wired for use with a Furrion observation camera is the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System w/ Night Vision # FOS05TASF which has a 5-inch screen. These camera systems are the best option because they are not only highly effective but also easy to use and set up in a pre-wired trailer.
The Furrion Observation camera system has a camera that has a shaded design so glare in the bright sun won't be a problem, and also has infrared so you can use it... view full answer...
I do have a great option for you but a Reese system is not going to be the best choice in this case. You will need to box the trailer frame where the weight distribution brackets will go by having steel plates welded on.
What you can use is an Equal-I-zer system, # EQ37120ET as an example, and then add 2 outer link plates, # EQ90-02-5378, sold in quantities of 1, and 2 inner link plates, # EQ90-02-5208, also sold in quantities of 1. That would allow you to use the system on an 8 inch... view full answer...
You'll have to determine what the gooseneck hitch is that you have installed in the bed of your truck. The Curt you mentioned can only fit Curt hitches and without knowing what you have I can't safely say if it would fit or not. view full answer...
If your 2021 Chevy Silverado 3500 short bed has the OEM rail kit you'd need the rail kit adapter part # DM6333 to install and use the Demco Hijacker part # DM8550035.
If instead you didn't have the OEM rail kit you'd need the rail kit # DM39FR with the same hitch # DM8550035 and you'd be set.
The Hijacker will work great with the Lippert 1621 you have now.
Another great option is a fixed hitch with a Sidewinder that can fit your trailer in place of the 1621 with part # RP34FR. view full answer...
The Demco Hijacker Autoslide hitch part # DM8550034 is a great hitch that can easily be used in the bed of your 2019 Chevy Silverado 3500 without the factory rail kit. Demco recommends their rail kit part # DM8552011-71 which is a confirmed fit for your 2019 Chevy Silverado 3500. This is a custom fit kit which means it will minimize drilling and install time when compared to a universal kit. view full answer...
I do have an option for you but the Reese M5 Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # RP30921 does not fit the same pucks in your 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 3500. There is not an adapter for this either so your only option would be to sell it to recoup some of your money and then obtain a new 5th wheel hitch. For this, I recommend the Reese M5 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # RP30895 because it will not only fit directly into the pucks but it will also provide you with the most weight capacity... view full answer...
