Oops, Im sorry I didnt specify that I want an under-bed mount like the 4-puck system that should have come on my new Chev 3500.

The Demco Hijacker Autoslide hitch part # DM8550034 is a great hitch that can easily be used in the bed of your 2019 Chevy Silverado 3500 without the factory rail kit. Demco recommends their rail kit part # DM8552011-71 which is a confirmed fit for your 2019 Chevy Silverado 3500. This is a custom fit kit which means it will minimize drilling and install time when compared to a universal kit.

To go that route you'd need the Demco Underbed Rail Kit part # DM8551010 for your truck and then you'd have to swap out the side brackets of the Demco hitch with part # DM6004 and you'd have an underbed fifth wheel setup like you were wanting!
