Hey Carol, I hate to be the bearer of bad news but unfortunately the weight of your bikes plus the bike rack is going to exceed the 200 lb tongue weight rating on the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11417.
Even if this hitch did have a 300 lb tongue weight rating, using a 2" receiver adapter would cut the capacity by 50% so you still wouldn't have enough.

Thanks for letting us help Shea. The # EH87FR you were looking at will ft your 2016 Mini Cooper S with the John Cooper Works aero kit as long as it has the center mounted dual exhaust. This # EH87FR has a 1-1/4" receiver and will support up to 300 lbs of tongue weight which is going to be more than enough for most bike rack setups. You do still want to adhere to any weight capacities listed by the manufacturer of your vehicle.

Hey Surya, the recommended taillight wiring kit for flat towing your 2008 Mini Clubman S would be the Roadmaster Bulb and Socket kit part # RM-155 which will install bulbs into the housings of the taillights so that your tow vehicle can control the lighting.

Yes, the Demco Kar Kaddy SS Tow Dolly with Disc Brakes # DM9713045 would be more than suitable, but you wouldn't be able to use your brake controller without having to replace the entire brake system on the dolly upgrade to an electric-over-hydraulic setup, which can be expensive.

Right now there are no confirmed fits yet for a 1-1/4 inch hitch on the 2025 Mini Countryman from Curt or Stealth. What we do have confirmed is a 2 inch option with the Stealth hitch part # SH77VR, which has been tested to fit the 2025 and 2026 Countryman S and Iconic models. So that is a solid option you can move forward with right now.

The answer appears to be no. The only company that makes a base plate for the 2023 is Roadmaster and they specifically say no JCW. Check your owner's manual to see for sure but without a base plate you're really out of luck. I tried to find the owner's manual but there are too many variables on the Mini site so couldn't find more specific information. For your 2012 Mini Cooper I recommend the Blue Ox Base Plates # BX1307 with removable arms. Since these base plates do not directly fit your # e74ZR tow bar you are going to need an adapter to make the 2 work together. The correct adapter for this to work is # e98978. This adapter is going to replace the ends of your current tow bar to accommodate the Blue Ox base plates.
