We do have the exact bearings, races, and grease seal you need for your 4,400 lb Dexter axle, and while there isn't a single kit with the parts, you can get them all individually. What you will need are the following:
Bearings # L68149 and # LM67048
Races # L68111 and # LM67010
Grease Seals # RG06-050 view full answer...
The most important thing to consider when picking out a weight distribution system is the total tongue weight of your setup. This number includes the loaded tongue weight of the trailer (as if it's ready for a trip) along with any added cargo weight you might have loaded behind the rear axle of your F-250. Ideally this number falls comfortably within the operating range of the system you choose.
Based on my research your 2018 Keystone Summerland 1750RD Trailer does indeed have an empty... view full answer...
Great questions.
I have solutions for both questions.
Lippert does not sell replacement bolts or hardware kits for this application you will be able to source the bolts you need from any local hardware store.
As for a replacement options I strongly recommend the MORryde StepAbove RV Steps for 23-3/4" to 26-1/4" Wide Doorways - 3 Steps # MR98RR. They are a solid step that offers great stability. No more worries if your steps are going snap off and cause a fall.
You just need to make... view full answer...
The 10" x 1-1/2" braking assemblies part # K23-472-473-00 will use the same four bolt brake mounting flange as the 10" x 1-3/4" braking assemblies you have but the hub/drum that goes with these uses a LM67048 inner bearing and L44649 outer bearing which I don't believe is correct for your trailer.
The most common replacement for the 10" x 1-3/4" braking assemblies you have are going to be the 10" x 2-1/4" braking assemblies, part # 23-26-27. The correct hub/drum for this is part # AKHD-545-35-K... view full answer...
I'd be happy to help, but you're going to need to measure the current equalizers on your 2021 Keystone Hideout 29DFSWE to confirm that the MORryde # MR87ZR are going to fit.
The # MR87ZR measure 6-1/2" center to center of the horizontal mounting holes that the shackles get installed into, and 3-1/8" from the center of the upper hole to the center of the lower two holes as shown in the below diagram.
As long as these measurements are pretty close to what you have now, this'll work just... view full answer...
In order to find the right replacement leaf springs, you will need to raise the trailer up and take some measurements on one of the existing springs. This type of information isn't typically provided by trailer manufacturers and it's not something that can be determined by the axle capacity (many different leaf spring lengths could be used with 4,400 pound tandem axles).
With all the weight lifted off the leaf springs, you will just need to measure their length (from the center of one... view full answer...
To replace the Dometic air conditioner in your 2018 Keystone Cougar 5th Wheel I recommend the Furrion Chill Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Furrion Setup - 15,000 Btu - White # FR58PR or Black # FR86PR.
We have found the Furrion Chill to be one of the quietest AC options due to the rubber dampers, and its 15000 BTU rating and dual fans with dual motors will do a great job at keeping your RV cool.
These units are compatible with air duct your Dometic unit uses. view full answer...
Can you let me know what landing gear set you have on your RV? I don't have a way to look that up so I would need you to get me that info. view full answer...
Sounds like the outriggers are what you need to replace. For that we have the # LC301704 which we recommend when people are installing new trailer steps. view full answer...
The Dometic 300 Weekender RV Toilet part # DOM64FR that you referenced does come with a base seal so you would not need to provide that separately. No additional components are needed to install this. view full answer...
For your new tankless water heat that runs on 12V DC, such as Furrion RV Tankless Water Heater - Gas - Automatic Pilot - 60,000 BTU - 16" x 16" Door # FR98SR, you will need to wire this to your RV 12V DC battery and it's not likely there's already any 12 volt wring near your current heater and a 12 volt heater cannot run using 120VAC
I have attached a detailed installation video showing this process. view full answer...
We have RV AC units that were designed to replace Dometic units like what you have with the Advent Air # ACDOM135 which will plug right into the same connections as you have now and will allow you to use your current controls and thermostat. view full answer...
I would recommend using the Andersen Rapid Jack # AM3620 over the FloTool RhinoRamps # FT11909MI. You will have issues with the length of the RhinoRamps and the 2nd axle trying to move up and sit on the ramp due to its length. The Andersen is much shorter at 17" versus 35-1/2" of the RhinoRamps.
The Andresen unit also takes up less room and can serve multiple uses as it can work as a wheel chock if needed. view full answer...
The auto leveling system on your 2017 Keystone Sprinter is a Lippert auto leveling system, so the stabilizers that I recommend are the JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer Kit which are also by Lippert and confirmed to work.
If you have more than 58 inches between your front landing gear legs, then you will want part # LC191023. If you have less than 58 inches, then you will want part # LC191024.
You will also need the Adapter Lug, # LC314592, for the rear leveling legs. view full answer...
If you turn the wheels by hand do you notice one wheel dragging more than the other? If so that would indicate additional friction which would create more heat. I imagine you'll find this to be the case. If the brake adjustments are the same and are good the other thing to check would be that the castle nut isn't too tight on the hotter wheel.
Also make sure the grease seal is intact on the hotter hub and that the grease didn't leak out. view full answer...
We can get your Keystone Montana set up with an added air conditioner to replace your current fan. I really like the Furrion Chill systems as they tend to be quieter than others, and gives you really nice cooling via its air distribution box that has the controls directly on it.
For a smaller AC, like you mentioned, there is a 13,500 Btu unit that will be perfect, and is the following part number:

The Adco RV Cover for Travel Trailers - All-Climate + Wind (DISCONTINUED) AD77ZR will fit travel trailers between 24 feet 1 inch and 26 feet long. The cover doesn't vary by different models like you listed only changes by length of trailer. This is a great product yet not the correct fit for your trailers listed.
The 2018 Keystone Bullet 243BHS has a length of 28.33 feet, the 243BHSWE has a length of 27 feet 10 inches, and the 247BHSWE has a length of 28.25 feet, so the correct fit is... view full answer...
