Hey everyone. It's Colin here at etrailer. And today we're going to take a look at Michelin's line of Cyclone windshield wiper blades.Now, it's always important to make sure you have a really good set of wiper blades on the front of your vehicle so if you go through any inclement weather, whether it's rain, sleet, or snow. You want to make sure you have a really durable set of wiper blades, it's going to clear your vision on your windshield to make sure you can drive safely.These wiper blades are available in a wide variety of sizes. Just make sure you enter your make and model of vehicle in our fit guide and pick up the size that's going to be right for you.Now we've got an older vehicle right here with some old wiper blades. We're going to spray some water on it, just so you guys can see them in action.
You can see they are doing their job without leaving some streaks behind. They don't necessarily get it clean as fast. Now with our new Michelin's installed, you can see they're just getting it in one swipe, going back and forth and then getting it very clean. They can handle the pressure a little bit better than our old wiper blades as well.This is also going to work for a wide variety of connection points. Your kit is going to come with the pieces you need to adjust it for whatever your vehicle's wiper arms happen to have.
It's going to be good for J-Hook, side pin, side lock, and top lock.Now, this is a hybrid style wiper blade. It's going to ensure great results for when you need to keep your windshield clean and it's also going to have a nice, flexible and contoured shape to it. So that's going to help it make solid contact all throughout the blade on your windshield, leaving a streak free result.EZ is a patented smart-flex technology. So it's going to be very flexible and still durable. It's going to form to really any windshield that you might have so it's going to work for a wide variety of vehicles.The blades all have a really nice aerodynamic shape to them so it's going to help prevent any type of lift from occurring, even when you're traveling at high speeds.
And it's also going to have a really durable Dur-iFlex cover, that's just basically this cover over top of the blade. It's going to help ensure that it doesn't freeze it to your windshield because of buildup of snow or sleet.You can see right here on our older windshield wiper blade, they're exposed to the elements so accumulation of sleet or snow could cause it to freeze to your windshield.The full rubber squeegee on the bottom of the blade is going to have a dura glide, graphite coating. It's going to ensure they glides very smoothly across your windshield. Again, leaving no streaks behind.Now, right here, we have the wiper blades installed at an 02 GMC, just to show you guys that it's going to fit basically any vehicle as long as that it has one of those connection points that we talked about. And just because your vehicle is old, doesn't mean you should sacrifice any vision on your windshield during rain, sleet, or snow.
So it's going to work well and make sure that you can see on the road.Now, before installing your wiper blades, you need to find out what kind of connection point your vehicle is going to have. For our truck right here, we do have this side lock, so we're just going to push down on that button and then it just pops right out. And then we can either set this down very carefully or just put it all the way up.Make sure that when there's no wiper blade on your arm that you're very careful. So if you put it up, just make sure that you have something protecting the windshield if it's going to spring down and fall, because it could easily crack your windshield. I just chose to go ahead and lightly set it down on that windshield. And now just go ahead and bring my new wiper blade in. It's going to install the exact same way. Just slide that into the channel. Just give it a good push and it locks into place, and then repeat this process for the other side.Thank you all for watching. Product was fine, but I was disappointed by the massively oversized box that the windshield wipers came in.
Once I figured out how to put on the adapter that fit my car(I was afraid if breaking something so I was going more on the side of caution) installation was a snap.
High quality product. But it’s about an inch higher than my previous wiper blades, so they don’t tuck in out of site anymore on my Golf. But since they’re so nice, it’s not annoying enough to buy a different pair.
After a slight shipping snafu, Jaime was contacted and immediately set to work correcting the situation. Her courtesy and attention were outstanding. Issue was resolved in less than 24hours. Thank you again.
I haven’t installed the wiper blades yet but find the quality of the product to be very good. The look of it was exactly that of my current Toyota Camry wiper blades. The only thing that was different was that they didn’t have the logo on them.
Fit great on Ram 1500 and really clean the window. Highly recommend.

Wipers were nowhere near the quality of Ford wipers. Less than two months after installation they started squeaking and chattering across the windshield. I replaced them with factory wipers and the problem was resolved.
