This Timbren Suspension Enhancement System adds 11,000 lbs of front-axle support with hollow rubber springs that sit above the axle. The extra resistance keeps your vehicle level and stable so you maintain steering control and proper headlight alignment even under serious load.
Each spring’s convoluted shape compresses in stages—soft at first for light loads, then firmer as weight increases. That progressive action soaks up bumps and rough roads while keeping your suspension from bottoming out. The rubber construction also cushions road shock, improving ride comfort when loaded and reducing wear on your factory suspension parts.
When one side carries more weight or you need to swerve quickly, each hollow rubber spring works on its own to handle the load. This independent action helps cut down on body roll in corners and keeps the vehicle feeling planted even with off-center or uneven loads. You’ll notice steadier handling when turning, braking, or driving through crosswinds.
This kit includes two hollow rubber springs, vehicle-specific brackets, and hardware designed to replace your factory bump stops—no drilling required. Now, this is a custom fit part, this kit here is designed to fit the 2005 and newer Ford F-350, F-450, and F-550 cab and chassis models, and on a custom fit part like this one, I do recommend for you to go to our website, use the fit guide, put in your year and model vehicle, and it'll show you if this will work for your application. Now, this kit here will improve your suspension, your handling, and the safety on your vehicle. This one, as we mentioned, is a Severe Service kit, and these are recommended when you're using like a snowplow or heavy aftermarket accessories like a steel bumper on the front of your vehicle. Basically, any application that requires maximum stability, meaning reducing roll and sway, calls for a Severe Service upgrade.
You can also get the Severe Service option for the rear of your vehicle also. Now, most rubber springs used on trucks are double convoluted, providing a perfect blend of capacity and ride quality, but the rubber springs that are used on these Severe Service kits are single convoluted. The single convoluted springs are shorter, wider, they're designed to resist weight more aggressively, and the result is reduced ride quality in exchange for more stability. These will work independently side to side to help compensate for off-center loads, and they'll even reduce body roll when you're swerving or turning corners. They do also act as shock absorbers, taking the brunt of bumps in rough roads, helps extend the life of your vehicle's suspension.
This kit will include everything laid out here on the table, the two Aeon rubber springs, the spacers, the vehicle specific brackets, and the hardware for a nice simple installation. Does come with a nice set of instructions that'll describe how this goes together. Now, these do replace your axle bump stops that are on the truck, and there's no drilling required. Capacity on this is 11,000 pounds. Now, thing you need to remember is even though you're increasing the spring rate by adding this upgrade, this does not increase the gross vehicle weight rating of your vehicle, so you do wanna make sure not to exceed the manufacturer's recommended weight limit, and this kit is designed to work with a suspension system that is in good working order.

Definitely eliminates the swaying. Easy to put on just time consuming. No drilling. Fast shipping too.
Bolted right in and work wonderful. Have them installed in the rear also. Night and day difference in handling.
