Hook up a trailer, load the bed, or add a bumper and you'll see it - rear sag and a nose-high stance. These rear lift blocks bring the height and control back, keeping your truck level and stable under any setup.
This 5" rear block kit gives your truck the stance and support it needs when towing or hauling. It helps to level the rear end, improve weight distribution, and restore ride control under load. Made from solid cast iron with rust-resistant high-strength steel U-bolts, it's built to handle hard use and last the life of your truck.

Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this Pacbrake 5-Inch Lift Rear Block Kit for your Ford F-250 or F-350 without the AUX springs. So as I mentioned, this is going to fit your 2011 and newer Ford F-250 and F-350 single rear wheel, both the two-wheel and four-wheel drive models without the AUX or overload springs. Please take note as you can see there on your screen this will not fit the dual rear-wheel models, and this will also not fit trucks with two-piece drive shafts. This will also not fit trucks with AUX or overload springs, so if you do need a kit that will work with your springs, on your screen I am including the model number for that kit if you do have those AUX or overload springs.
You can just take that number and pop it in the search field of our website, and that will take you to that kit. Finally, this will not fit leaf packs with more than three leafs. Now, this 5-inch rear block kit is going to give your truck the stance and the support that it needs when towing or hauling. It's going to help level the rear end, improving weight distribution, and restoring ride control under a heavy load. These are made from solid cast iron, and then as you can see here, you are going to get the hardware.
This does include rust-resistant high-strength steel U-bolts and this kit is built to handle hard use and last the life of your truck. This is going to work with a maximum tire size of 35 inches. Trucks with a factory rear block will see less net lift as the factory block is removed during the install. You don't want to stack these blocks on top of your OEM or aftermarket blocks because that will damage your truck, and then you don't want to use these with add-on air springs or load-leveling kits designed to mount to the extended jounce bumper strike pad. If you do pick this kit up, we would love to hear back from you regarding your experience with installing this kit and using it, so you can share those experiences with us by dropping a comment or leaving a review on this product page, and if you happen to have any other additional questions, don't hesitate to reach back out to us.
We do want to make sure that you're getting exactly what you want and need. Well, I think it's gonna wrap up our look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.
