Keep thieves away from your car just by putting The Club's highly visible Twin Hooks steering wheel lock on your vehicle. Crooks see the bright yellow lock on your steering wheel and become discouraged from stealing your car.
The long 12-1/2" handle extends outward from the wheel's center and locks in place. Once on the wheel, it creates an obstruction that prevents the steering wheel from being fully turned, making it impossible for thieves to properly steer and drive away with your vehicle.
The twin hooks allow for more attachment points to your steering wheel than a similar lock with single hooks. Twin hooks, each with 2 prongs grab the wheel for a total of 4 strong, solid gripping points. The 4 strong hooks make it extremely difficult for potential thieves to maneuver The Club out of place or off of the wheel.
Chromoly steel construction gives this lock a potent defensive edge against break-off attempts. Chromoly steel is known to be significantly stronger than ordinary steel, which makes it an ideal material for the construction of locks. Chromoly steel is resistant to a thief's most creative arsenal of break-off methods such as sawing, prying, hammering, and freezing.
A durable vinyl coating is applied to the hooks of The Club so your steering wheel won't get scratched or scraped during installation and removal.
A textured rubber cover is built into the end of the handle so you can easily grip the Club.
The Club Twin Hooks adjusts in 1/4" increments during installation to fit steering wheels with inner diameters of 8" to 14-5/16" so you don't have to worry about getting the right size. The ability to adjust the length makes it an excellent option for multi-vehicle households that frequently transfer their locking device from one car to another.
Adjusting the length and installing the Club is easy. With your vehicle running, turn the steering wheel 1 full revolution, or as close to 1 full revolution as possible, to put the wheel into the locked position. Then turn the vehicle off.
Next, position the twin hooks inside of the steering wheel. It is helpful to attach one of the twin hooks to the wheel first - it does not matter which one. Then, gently pull until the twin hook on the opposite end fits snuggly onto the wheel. The Club will automatically lock into place on your steering wheel at the desired length - no need to use the keys.
While the vehicle is off, unlock The Club with one of the provided keys. Slide the hooks toward each other to remove them from the wheel. Store The Club under the seat or in the trunk of your vehicle.

Today, we'll be taking a look at the Club Twin Hooks part number WI3000. Now, with our steering wheel in the lock position, we'll simply take the club twin hooks, take the one end, along both ends. It is okay if it is a little bit loose as you can see here. There's a total of four hooks that go underneath our steering wheel to there, goes to over here. It is covered in a rubberized coating that helps protect your steering wheel from being scratched or damage. It has a ratcheting keyless style locking device, so without the key in it, we can simply pull it apart and it locks into place, and we have the secure grip handle here that allows you to carry the club around easily. Let's go, let's put this arm off the wheel.
It gives you a place to grab it and secure on to it. By having the club in place, even if a thieve can get your vehicle started, they can't drive away. The end of the club will hit the top here and you will be limited on how far you can turn the steering wheel. By having the bright yellow color, most thieves see this and move on to the next car that doesn't have a club installed. The club itself is made of a strong chrome alloy metal which resists hammering, cutting, or even the attempted use of freon on the club to break it. The club designed thus fit many different vehicle so it is a universal fit.
It fits cars, light trucks, large trucks, SUVs, vans, and many different types of vehicles. The minimum locking length is about 8 inches. The maximum locking length is a little over 14 inches. Now, with it completely closed, we have an overall length of about 21 inches, so you'll need about 21 inches of space to store the Club Twin Hooks when not in used. Now one other thing, when it is completely compressed in like this, it is not locked until you reach about a length of 8 inches from here and here on the hooks. The lock comes with two keys.
They are both keyed the same. Now, let's go ahead and show you how you remove the club. Go ahead and put the key in. Hold on to the one end. When the club is not in use, you can simply stow it underneath your seat, out of the way, and allowing for easy access when you get to your next place where you're going to park your vehicle. Adjustable length fits most vehicles.Well-made security bar, with the minor exception that the keyed lock uses a convention (flat) key that’s more susceptible to intrusion. Having a circular key lock might be a worthwhile fix. Otherwise, I’d give this device a “5”.
