The Club's 8-3/4" handle extends outward from the steering wheel's center and locks in place. Once on the wheel, it creates an obstruction that prevents the steering wheel from being fully turned, making it impossible for thieves to properly steer and drive away with your vehicle.
Have peace of mind knowing that your vehicle is protected by this strong, solid steel lock. The Club has a durable vinyl coating that protects your steering wheel from scrapes and scratches during installation and removal.
The Club steering wheel lock adjusts in 3/16" increments during installation to fit steering wheels with inner diameters of 8-1/4" to 14-1/4" so you don't have to worry about getting the right size. The ability to adjust the length makes it an excellent option for multi-vehicle households that frequently transfer their locking device from one car to another.
Two hooks attach to your steering wheel to provide 2 strong, solid gripping points. This slender, 2-hook design allows it to lie flat when placed on its side so it can fit easily underneath your vehicle's seat for storage. Simply slide it under the seat to keep it out of sight and safely stowed when not in use.
Adjusting the length and installing The Club is easy. With your vehicle running, turn the steering wheel 1 full revolution, or as close to 1 full revolution as possible, to put the wheel into the locked position. Then turn the vehicle off. Next, position the hooks inside of the steering wheel. It is helpful to attach one of the hooks to the wheel first - it does not matter which one. Then, gently pull until the hook on the opposite end fits snuggly onto the wheel. Use one of the provided keys to lock The Club into place.
The Club is simple to remove as well. While the vehicle is off, unlock The Club with one of the provided keys. Slide the hooks toward each other to remove the lock from the wheel. Store the lock under the seat or in the trunk of your vehicle.

Now with the vehicle running still, you want to make sure that you turn the wheel one full revolution before turning the vehicle off. This will allow the steering wheel to go into the lock position. Next, well go ahead and pull out our steering wheel lock out from underneath our vehicles seat. This is a good place to stow it. Slide it from one side of the steering wheel to the other, and now it cant come off.
This eliminates anyone from trying to drive away. The club is made of a durable steel. It has many different settings to allow you to adjust to different size steering wheels.You can see here, both of the hook ends are covered with a rubber coating that helps protect your steering wheel from being scratched. The yellow color also adds a high visibility to the club which helps to deter thieves when coming by to potentially break in and steal your vehicle. Now the lock does come with two keys, and it is keyed the same.
And the key is required to either put the club on or remove it. To remove the club, you simply put the key in, turn it, and slide inward to retract the club. With the club retracted, its easily stowable underneath the seat of your vehicle. Theres about a minimum of eight inches needed to use the club. It s its closest locking position.

i kinda like, that you do not need a key anymore, when its unlocked and it slides out to get it back in.

I have had the CLUB for many years, but sold my truck and left it. Purchased this lock in a replacement. I do like that you have to use the key to lock it. Using it to unlock it is pretty simple. It will do the job, just takes extra time when you place it on steering wheel.
I was impressed that I was told my order would be delayed and kept informed of the progress. Also, I was happy to receive my clubs due to the uptake of vehicles being stolen these days from trail parking lots, stores, etc., and even out of people's garages! I bought three so I could have one for the truck, the car, and the RV. Package arrived secure - real secure - without holes, etc. Everything was packaged and arrived new (I have ordered items where the product had obviously been purchased previously.)
Everything came in new condition as ordered. Its a club and does what it's supposed to. Fits nicely on smaller steering wheels with smaller space.
