Speaker 1: Today, we're gonna take a look at the Buyers Products Wheel Chock. This is made of a durable aluminum construction, which is going to be a nice feature since we don't have to worry about it rusting out over time, but it's also gonna be pretty lightweight for as big as this wheel chock is.It's gonna give us years of durable service, again, since we don't have to worry about this rusting out. It's going to be really durable, it has these reinforced gussets at the back to help give it a little bit of extra stability there. We also have the teeth at the bottom in the front and back to help grip into looser material, like dirt or gravel. We don't have to worry about our wheel chock slipping, got a smaller teeth at the front there and larger ones at the back with that flat edge there. You can see there's also several gussets running the length of that curve, going all the way up, again, to give it a little bit of reinforcement on the inside. There's a handle at the top for an easy place to grab our wheel chock and either put it in place or store it away. As far as the dimensions, it's going to be about 15 inches long from front to back.
It'll be eight-and-a-half inches wide and about eight-and-a-quarter-inch tall. Those does come at a quantity of one. It's not a bad idea to pick up a second one so you can have a pair. This product is also made in the USA and that's gonna do it for our look at the Buyers Products Wheel Chock in Aluminum.
They work
Sturdy and light weight. Good price. Should last a long time.
Using on a steep gravel road. Works gre at
Product just arrived and fits snugly to tires. Looks well made and won’t break like the plastic chocks. They have a tendency to freeze to the ground here and can’t remove them without hitting them. Great customer service as always.
Overall quality seems to be ok. Grinding of the casting was ok but did leave sharp edges in the handle cutout which should have been addressed during manufacturing, knocking off the sharp edge was relatively simple with sandpaper but for the price should have been taken care of during the manufacturing process.
Chocks will be used during bumper mounted winching in soft terrain.
Excellent customer service. Great quality wheel chock. Only come with one so order 2 if you need a pair
Great item overall, however, right out of the box I noticed the edges of the blocks particularly the open handle area was a little to (sharp) so we used a file to knock the potential cut hazard when using bare hands.
I am quite happy with the wheel chocks that I purchased. The price is much more reasonable than what I have previously purchased but yet, they are similar in quality. I am pleased with my purchasing experience at etrailer.com. I found the staff to be very friendly and shipping was punctual.
These chocks work great, they are large enough for semi-trailer tires. Definitely purchasing more when needed.
Thanks for getting the wheel chock here in such a timely manner. I was very impressed. thanks
Oops. We didn’t do our homework. Price is per one. These are pricey, but have ordered a second as a pair is required.
