  On the trailer it will be easy because you can add 24 volt lights such as # STL23R24B and # MCL66A24B just to name a few. But to flat tow a vehicle that is a different story. You would need to obtain a voltage reducer device and put one on each circuit ahead of the trailer connector so that it is 12 volts on the output side. We do not carry these devices and from what I know they can be expensive. If you go this route then the trailer would not have to have 24 volt lights.

  I went out to the warehouse and pulled both the lamp you mentioned, part # STL23R24B and the grommet, # A45GB. As you can see in the short video we produced for you, the parts do indeed fit together.   The picture you submitted didn't make it through unfortunately, but I did attach a dimensional picture of the # STL23R24B that shows the overall dimensions from the widest point of the assembly. The width of the assembly behind the lens is 4-1/8 inches. The overall diameter is 4-5/16 inches. I believe this is the measurement you are looking for. For a rubber grommet to install this light you would want the part # A45GB. For a pigtail harness you would want the A47PB.
