Took about 30 minutes to get it installed (did it solo) but overall it wasn't too awfully bad. Price was great with incredible shipping, couldn't believe how fast it arrived. This is the 2nd hitch I ordered from ETrailer and would order another one if needed. Box was kind of torn up and did have some scratches..
I had to convert my 2003 F150 from a factory 4 way plug to a 7 way for a new trailer. I did a lot of investigation on the eTrailer website and called to get answers to my questions. Every call was handled quickly (no waiting) and accurately. After placing my order for the hitch, wiring harness and brake controller, I received everything in three days. The installation went together without any problems and is working perfectly. BTW, this was my second time to outfit a vehicle with a hitch from eTrailer. I couldn't be happier. I saved hundreds of dollars.
well constructed hitch also installation was a breeze 15 minutes total time with spare tire already removed thanks to the previous post I also used a 5 gallon bucket to rest a hitch on while installing great price great shipping great customer service ty
This was a heavy duty solid unit . The welds were good . The installation was easy as the holes lined up perfectly . The bolt package had the correct count . I installed it myself in 15 minutes .
The hitch was an exact fit. Easy to install. All the bolt holes lined up. I was a little worried about having clearance to my spare tire, but there were no problems there. I just used the hitch after having it on my truck for some time now, and I have no complaints.
The folks at etrailer kept me informed of the status of my order everyday until my hitch arrived. They even knew I had received it before I did.
Except for the dual exhaust that got in the way, this new hitch went on easily and quickly! And I will never splice wires to hook up trailer lights again, the T connector wiring kit was awesome, took longer to unscrew the tail list than it did to hook this up.
I purchased item 75065 class 3 hitch for my 2000 Ford F-150 extended cab. Customer service was excellent when I called and received the product within a couple of days. It took me about fifteen minutes to install the hitch by myself. I lowered the spare tire to make the installation easier. Definitely the easiest hitch I’ve ever put on. The video for installing his hitch is very helpful and informative.
I wanted to be certain i had the right product so i called customer service. Asked a few questions and Kayla offered to complete my order over the phone. I ordered my receiver and hitch on a Monday and received it on Wednesday. No need to drop the spare tire everything bolted right up to the frame. Looks really nice and clean. And the price was the lowest i could find.
You guys truely deliver, literally. Ordered on Sunday (free shipping option), delivered on Thursday. Installed by myself in about 30 minutes. Used 5 gallon bucket to bear weight so I could install 1st nut and bolt. After that it was a breeze. 3/4" deep drive only tool needed. American flag hitch cover looks awesome on red truck. I'm still amazed at how well this hitch fit my truck.. The holes in the frame were exactly matched to the holes in the hitch. I put one side of the hitch on a bucket while I laid on my back and lifted the other end. I had no problem starting the nuts on the bolts and in less than 15 minutes, in the drizzling rain, I had my hitch fully installed. I have to admit that I was a little concerned with how the hitch would actually fit, but it was great. Also, My hitch was shipped out the same day I ordered it. I had it on my truck the fourth day after I placed my order. I don't usually right reviews, but I really appreciate it when I get an exceptional deal and exceptional service.

The item was shipped and delivered promptly. I was very happy with the receiver itself, though disappointed as one of the included mounting nuts was the wrong size. It wasn't a big deal, but definitely made a trip to the store necessary to get the correct sized nut. I've been replacing many parts on this truck, so I really wasn't too pleased at the time to have to pack up my stuff and run to the store. I was happy with the product and very happy with the shipping though.

Product arrived promptly. My two boys put it on my F150 in a matter of 10 minutes. One on each side with sockets and extensions then 1 to torque it down. Quick and easy.
The hitch is very well made and came with all the hardware i need to install it. Installation was easy, bolted directly to the frame without any modifications.
I am very impressed how fast my product was delivered. I tow a lot of different things with my F150 and look forward to installing my trailer very soon. I will call terai let for all my future needs.
