Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Multi Fit - Class III - 2" # C13900 will fit your 2001 Ford F-150 truck, though I have a better option I recommend considering, the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75065.

The reason I really like the Draw-Tite hitch over the Curt is because the Draw-Tite is a custom fit for your '01 F-150 and will not require any drilling into the frame to install, which is not only good for your truck but also cuts down on the installation time. The Curt hitch # C13900, on the other hand, is more of universal fit for many different vehicles and will require you to drill into your F-150's frame.
