Product seems okay for the most part. Upon opening the box, I did find some paint chipping in a few places. The hitch installed easily. It also does appear that the receiver tube may have been welded slightly crooked to the rest of the hitch frame, but this is not very noticeable and is only from looking with the naked eye. I have not measured to confirm this.
Like others have mentioned, my trailer hitch came with chipped/missing paint in several areas. It kind of makes you wonder about the overall quality of factory painting process. I actually had some black spray paint so I just touched up the bare metal before installing. The hitch mounted up nicely with only one small problem, I had to go and find a metal pipe to use as a cheater bar on my breaker bar, those bumper mount bolts are tough to remove.
2025 Ford Ranger....The hitch shipped with no issues. Easy directions to follow. Unit fit perfectly. Mounting holes lined up with no problem. Looks like it was made for the truck. Couldn't be happier!
Very Nice Hitch Receiver.Installed with no trouble at all. I used bolts with large washers in place of the clamps that were suggested to hold the bumper up during installation. Very easy ! Did not need to mess with the spare tire in any way ! Thanks !!!

Hitch arrived in a few days and very easy install. Hitch did have a chip in the powder coating which I fixed with some paint. Very well-made, heavy-duty hitch fit perfect in a 2025 Ranger 4x4 2.7. Price was really good also. I would buy i again.
2024 Ford Ranger. Easy to install with a second pair of hands. No need to remove the spare tire.
Easier to install than first thought. Did not have to lower spare tire. Only issue was paint chips off quite easily.

Excellent customer service but can't receive the hitch without damage,the shipping box great shape but hitch inside damaged, i contacted they said that they are just stacked in warehouse, they sent me another 1 and it was damaged so didn't want to ship back. So just kept it.

I can see what you mean about it being slightly off, Alex. Let me know if you run into issues when you mount something on the hitch. Fingers crossed that it's not and it's jus the trick of the eye.
