2018 Volkswagen Atlas
Purchased hitch for my 2018 VW Atlas. I don't think they could of shipped faster. Product fit perfectly and under the bumper where others wanted me to cut my bumper. The hitch bolted on perfectly with the help of their installation guide.

I bought this trailer hitch receiver for my bike rack, I travel with my bike for competitions. I have had no issues with this receiver and I don't expect to. It is sturdy, well built and easy to use. I would recommend this hitch receiver.

So happy to have found this product and this company.
U-haul strung me around for weeks before claiming there was no such thing and your only option is dealership.
VW dealership wanted $1200 just for this part.
The hitch was a little heavy for me to install myself but my mechanic was happy to install for $50. He mentioned that the hitch I had purchased was the sturdiest and most well built trailer hitch he had seen.
It also fits perfectly under the bumper and there was no need to cut bumper which uhaul had claimed they would have to do.
Shipping to Boston was quick and I am now happily lugging 4 bikes around on the back of my Atlas. Thanks!

Ordered on Tuesday, got it on Saturday. Installed by myself with the help of a floor jack and the install was complete in 30 minutes. After enlarging the chassis hole to fit the carriage bolt, the hardest part was fishing the bolt into their locations. Once that was in, the rest of the install went 1 - 2 -3. My only complaint is the the reach of the hitch is a bit short. It is about 5" from the edge of the bumper to the hitch

This hitch does not fit 2021 Atlas. The videos make it seems so simple to install and that is what I was hoping for. The video shows the hitch sliding right up and bolting in. Nope. The rear bumper is in the way and I cannot lift it up to install it.

Had it installed in 30 mins or so. Looks good, almost like it came factory. The hardest part was fishing the bolts thru the frame. The price was 25% of what VW would if charged me. I haven’t towed anything yet but I’m pretty happy with the appearance and installation.

This was simple, not much skill required. Exactly as they show in the video. 2 small car ramps is all you need. Just a little filing on the existing holes and the bolts pull thru no problem. I did it by myself using a jack and small stand to get hitch into position for bolts. It took me about an hour. 20min install with help

2019 Volkswagen Atlas
After reading reviews, and doing a little research, I decided to get the Draw-Tite hitch for my wife's 2019 VW Atlas. E-trailer shipped it quickly, and I had the hitch in a couple of days. After watching the installation video on the E-trailer site, I installed the hitch by myself in about 30-40 minutes. If I had someone to help me, I could have installed it faster. I would recommend a second pair of strong hands, but I was able to utilize a floor jack to get the job done. Installation was straight forward, and the hitch fits the Atlas perfectly! Thanks to E-trailer for a great match to my vehicle, quality installation videos, and the best price around!!!

Great customer service from etrailer. Ordered a hitch for my 2018 Atlas, when it arrived, the box had taken a minor beating and it had number of dings in the paint finish. 2018 Volkswagen Atlas
Product arrived in great condition. This hitch fit our 2018 VW Altas perfectly and required no bumper trimming, drilling, scraping, or anything. With the help of a floor jack to hold the weight of the hitch, I was able to get this installed in less than 45min. It literally is only a 4 bolt installation. The majority of my time was spent trying to fish the wire through the vehicle frame. It wasn't difficult, I was just working in a low light environment and I have eye sight issues so everything is a bit harder for me than most! Very pleased and will definitely purchase again from eTrailer for equipment needs.

well built by drawtite. seems all their products I've purchased have same quality. not looking forward to "fishing" the carriage bolts and retainer brackets inside the narrow frame rails. may consider just welding them.

Easy to install. About 30-45 minutes without a lift. Instructional videos for your automobile type makes install a snap. Recommend something to prop up your hitch if you do not have a lift.(is. Jack stands ..etc) . I have a 2019 VW atlas

That isn't the case with all, but for whatever reason, Draw-Tite did not mention this in the instructions.
