I was worried when the box holding the frame was beaten up during delivery. Both ends were torn open and some of the paint on the hitch had been peeled off by impact.
But all the parts were present and the hitch bolted on with absolutely no muss and no fuss. Very very easy to install, and all components except the end of the receiver are hidden.

When the box arrived, it was pretty crumpled. It's pretty much always like that, I think because of the weight of the hitch being in cardboard.
Opened the box and everything was in great condition, as the same with all of the other hitches I've ordered here.
Install was easy on my t100. I've done at least 10 of these by myself. I always use a floor Jack to raise the hitch up so I can get some of the bolts in. I usually just do them finger tight until I line it all up.
It went on without any issues. They even sent a few pieces of extra hardware just in case you lose one or mess it up.
I've used my hitch twice already since installing it a few days ago. Works great. I'll continue to keep buying all of my hitches from etrailer.

All the parts were in the box (despite UPS holes), and my installer had no trouble attaching the trailer hitch to my vehicle. I had excellent follow-up to my order and felt that I had contact people should I need it. As a newcomer to having a trailer, I didn't realize I would need a new ball and hitch. I didn't realize that I only ordered the hitch receiver. Ah well, my fault. I would order again from this company in a heartbeat!
I was surprised how well this fit my 95 T100. I was expecting to have to weld it on even though the directions said not to. It fit perfectly so I decided not to weld it.
The only reason this is not a 5 star review is that when I received the package, the box looked like it had been thrown around and beaten up. There were holes big enough that before I had even brought it inside, the hardware bag fell out of one of the holes. In addition, there were several places where the paint was COMPLETELY chipped off, leaving behind bare steel.

Much, much, much better than just the bumper hitch on my T-100. All fit good and tied to the frame. Highly recommended.
Mounted this receiver hitch on my 1995 T100, Fit was Perfect. Very easy to install. Hardest thing was removing the 23 year old bolts from the frame.
I installed the hitch in one hour. it fitted to perfection. its of good quality and without hesitation will order from this company, again.
