I have a 1996 Toyota T-100 Extra Cab with a Snugtop Expo camper shell. just wanted to confirm a snug fit all the way around.

For your 1996 Toyota T-100 Extra Cab w/ camper shell, you could use a truck bed bike rack like the Thule Insta-Gater Pro # TH93VR. Or the other option would be to use a hitch mounted bike rack.
To use a hitch mounted bike rack, you would first need to install the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, part # 75144. This is a Class III 2 inch hitch, and is compatible with a wide range of hitch bike racks.
