This heavy-duty coupler lock obstructs access to your trailer coupler to prevent would-be thieves from hitching your trailer to their tow vehicle and driving off with your gear.
The lock is constructed of extruded, tempered aluminum, making it strong and durable. The lock housing features a double nickel chrome finish, and the shuttered keyhole protects the inside of the lock from the elements. Complete with a silver powder coat finish, this coupler lock is attractive, sturdy, and rust resistant.
To install this lock on your coupler, insert the key and rotate it to release the locking pin. Slide the lock body onto the flat lip of your trailer coupler. Push the locking pin into the hitch ball socket to engage, rotate the key back to lock the pin in place, and remove the key.

The concept of the locks are great, however the design is not the greatest... We live and work in MN and with the weather we deal with here we have had a few of them freeze up and were not able to remove them even if we thaw them out, as a result we have to smash them off and break them so we can use the trailer that it was installed on....
Purchased to secure my vintage Avion travel trailer. I have invested some money and labor in it and don’t want it to disappear! The lock fits the original coupler with a little side to side play. I purchased another lock that did not fit and was pleased that this one did, as discribed. Quality appears very good.
Provides a small measure of security for a reasonable price. I've heard that professional boat thieves in Florida show up with angle grinders and make short work of locks like this, but so far no one has stolen my trailer.

This is a great trailer lock. It is so simplistic, light weight and perfectly constructed at the same time. I feel this will definitely deter would-be thieves.

I have this lock on our camper hitch and it works great. Easy on/ easy off in less then 5 seconds. Very happy with this purchase.
Love that I have it keyed to match my other trailer locks. Its a little bit of extra work to screw it on and off versus a traditional style lock, but its worth it. I highly recommend it.

A good, dependable lock! I researched all types of coupler locks, including all of the high-end locks. ALL can be compromised. This is one of the better types, with little/no spaces to insert a pry bar. I have used it for about a year now and have no regrets.

The eTrailer coupler lock is ideal for great added protection. I like that it’s a “tight deterrent” that is small enough to not be too obvious, but also sturdy enough to ward off would-be thieves. We enjoy this product

The coupler lock is working out beautifully. Easy to install and provides added security. Small enough for easy storage and accessibility. I would buy this lock again.
easily installed. gives me more confidence in its effectiveness than the more commonly "universal" used ball type that I have "retired. The appearance of your lock should also distract thieves. I really should have purchased the yellow option.
Fits and easy to attach/detach. No signs of any tampering so I cannot provide a rating on its security function.
This is the first time I have purchased the flat lip style coupler lock and I like how it fits on the trailer lock.
This coupler lock fits great for my 2-5/16 coupler. Highly recommend it!

Unfortunately, the tongue walk failed and I had to have it drilled out by a locksmith. Which cost me $270.
