  I have a solution for you, but I checked with my contact at K-Source and they informed me that the connectors on the K-Source Custom Extendable Towing Mirrors # KS62139-40G are not going to work with the 4 pin connector on your 1999 GMC Sierra 3500. After doing some research it doesn't appear that anyone makes a power towing mirror that is going to retain the functions of existing mirrors on your truck.
