Though we will not have a custom Extender Mirror # KS62139-40G for your 2017 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 we will have another option for you. The K-Source Universal Towing Mirrors # KS3891-2 will mount on your factory side mirrors and will help to extend your lines of sight. The mirrors have a ratcheting system that will securely tighten the heavy-duty rubber straps over your mirror and will give it a snug fit that will help reduce mirror vibration.
