The base plate bolts directly to the chassis using the included mounting hardware—no welding needed. Each lug pairs securely with Blue Ox tow bars for a tight, dependable connection every time you hook up. If you run a Roadmaster or Demco setup, adapters (RM-031 or RM-031-5 for Roadmaster, DM9523041 for Demco) are available separately so you can integrate your existing gear without hassle. The bracket spacing is 24" with a bracket height of 13", making it easy to plan your tow bar alignment and any high-low adapter needs.
You can handle this install at home with basic tools. The straightforward bolt-on design means no welding is required, and all necessary hardware comes in the kit. Once mounted, it’s ready to tie into your tow bar system as part of a complete flat towing setup that includes safety cables, wiring, and a braking system (each sold separately).
