The Vanish cover sits only 1/2" above the bed for a clean, streamlined look that blends in with your truck’s shape. That low-profile fit cuts wind drag so air flows smoothly over the tailgate, improving gas mileage by up to 10 percent. The aerodynamic fit also keeps the cover quiet on the highway and gives your truck a more finished look.

When it’s time to haul bigger gear, just peel the cover back from the Velcro seals and roll it up. Two flexible straps with hooks hold it neatly behind the cab while you drive. The aluminum bows built into the cover keep it supported and easy to roll. When you’re done, unroll it and the trigger latch automatically locks it down. Two slide locks on the sides add extra security when you need it.

The double-coated, UV-blocking vinyl keeps its shape in the sun and stays flexible down to -40°F. It won’t shrink or fade through heat, snow, or ice. The contoured rails are black powder-coated aluminum that resist rust, and the Tight Bite clamps grab firmly to the bed’s rails for a solid hold. A reinforced vinyl weather flap along the tailgate helps keep out dirt, rain, and snow so your gear stays protected.

Temperature changes can loosen or tighten any soft cover, but the XT-Dial makes it easy to fine-tune the fit. Just twist the dial at the front of the bed to set the perfect tension without using tools. The cover stays tight and smooth across the rails, so it looks good and seals evenly in every season.

Because the rails mount inside the bed, you still have full use of the stake pockets for ladder racks, tie-downs, or other accessories. The design leaves your tailgate fully functional too—you can open or close it even when the cover is latched. It’s a simple setup that keeps your truck ready for work or travel without removing the cover.

If the cover comes with an element seal gasket, cut two 1 1/2 inch sections, and place them to fit the gaps between the front bulk head and the bed rail. Loosely assemble the brackets to the rails using both flat washers, lock washers, and nuts. Remove the plug at the end of the channel. Slide the carriage bolt bracket and bolt into the channel of the Utili-Track, with one set per rail bracket. Position the side rail with the weather strip against the inside lip of the box. Line these carriage bolts up with the brackets, and secure them with these serrated nuts.
Just leave them finger tight for now. Push down on the rail so you fully compress the seal while you tighten the rear serrated nut to fifteen to twenty foot pounds. Make sure the rail is parallel with bed caps, then tighten the front serrated nut to fifteen to twenty foot pounds. Push the rail towards the side of the bed to compress the seal, and tighten the bolts left loose in step two. Now repeat all these steps with the second cover rail..
