When you’re hauling serious weight on a dual setup, this wheel is made to handle it. The Vesper Steel Dual Trailer Wheel measures 16" in diameter and 6" wide, with a stout 3,890-lb capacity and a hub-piloted design that keeps everything centered under load. The ±5.35" offset lets it serve as either the inner or outer wheel in your dually setup, so you get flexibility and strength where it counts.
Rust and road debris don’t stand a chance against this finish. The silver acrylic enamel coating resists chipping better than powder coat, and it’s applied over an e-coat primer after a zinc phosphate pre-treatment. Tested to withstand more than 1,000 hours of salt spray exposure, this finish holds up season after season in rain, slush, or coastal air while keeping the wheel looking clean.
Fitment is straightforward with the right specs. The hub-piloted design uses a true 4.88" pilot diameter for accurate centering on the hub, and the 8 on 6-1/2" bolt pattern locks everything down securely. It requires flange nuts (sold separately) for installation and includes a metal valve stem ready for service.
Every part of this wheel is built for long-term dependability. The center disc is spun-formed from fine-grained steel and permanently welded into place for structural integrity. Meeting SAE J1204 standards, it’s the kind of build that stands up to daily towing demands and long trips alike without losing its shape or balance.
1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

Well made and easy to install. I replaced bolts with 9/16 bolts with lug nuts that fit my vehicle.

after exhaustive research into the correct wheel specs including hub diameter on my recently purchased class c motorhome, I found the exact model needed on etrailer at 25% of the cost thru the chassis manufacturer. We are going to mount a tire on it and carry as a spare since the factory no longer provides them. Thank you to ETrailer.com for all your help
I ordered these wheels to go to a 19 inch from 19.5 due to the cost of 19.5 tires the guys at Etrailer said it will work and he was spot on I order new st235 80 19 tires and changed them myself almost as cheap as the expensive 19.5 tires thanks for your help
Needed a spare for our Jayco redhawk 26m and the oem was very expensive. this rim worked perfectly!

while in Newfoundland last summer we hit something on the highway and lost the inside right dual. so glad we purchased this rim and had a spare tire mounted.
Product looks good. Have not installed it yet.
Exactly what I expected. Delivered on time. Shipper was not gentle so the box was almost destroyed in shipping. In fact the delivery guy asked me to pull it out and inspect for damages. Good thing this is solid steel. Maybe an outer box in addition to the factory box would help.
I have used etrialer in the past and always good results.

This is finally the correct size to fit my 2016 Class C motorhome. I found out I had the wrong (too small) pilot hole size during a flat tire event on the interstate. I happened to be near St. Louis, and returned the 4.75” pilot hole at the warehouse in Missouri and was promptly shipped the correct 4.88” pilot hole size. Even though the description says trailer wheel, I think it’s a typo as it also says it’s for dually setups and I have had many trouble free miles since. Also note that I was not allowed to pickup from the warehouse due to being told they have multiple warehouses.
The rims were exactly what I wanted.
Perfect spare tire for my 2024 e450 super duty RV.
I purchased this wheel a year ago. It's been on my tandem axle dually trailer since I received it. It has performed as it should have. I only use the trailer occasionally to haul 12 ton loads with no problems. This was a hard to find wheel because of the unusual offset and back spacing. This is a quality wheel with no issues. The info on the etrailer site allowed me to positively identify the correct wheel to match up with the other 7 on the trailer. If you need this wheel, etrailer is the ONLY place you will find this high QUALITY wheel at a reasonable price!

This Rim is what I have been looking for I need a spare for our Motorhome for trip to Yellowstone I have called Tire stores junkyard Ford Motor Co who by the way couldn't give me the specs I needed.Patty was fantastic with all info and placed my order the rim arrived it completely matches Thanks you my search is finally over.

As usual, product arrived quickly and on time from etrailer. However, there was some cosmetic damage due to the packaging; the staples they use to hold the support in the cardboard box scratched the front surface of the wheel. Not a big deal, as I was going to use it as a spare for my 2025 E450 motorhome.
The reason I'll be returning it is because although the offset and bore size are correct for the application, it won't clear the brake caliper on my RV. Also, the bolt holes for the studs are 5/8" and need to be 9/16" for the E450. To be fair, it is listed as a trailer wheel, but enough of the comments led me to believe that it would work for the E450.
