Black spoke steel wheel with beveled stud holes provides a secure seat and reduces lug nut retightening. Powder coat finish and straightforward style deliver dependable performance and a clean look across a wide range of trailers.
The 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern is one of the most widely used on trailers. It makes finding a match simple, whether you're replacing a damaged wheel or carrying a spare for peace of mind.
At 14 inches in diameter and 5-1/2 inches wide, this rim is a go-to size for many mid-size trailer applications. It balances strength with weight, keeping the setup practical for regular hauling.
With beveled stud holes, the wheel seats snugly against the hub. This secure fit means you're not constantly checking and retightening lug nuts after a trip - once it's on, it stays put.
Made from durable steel, this wheel handles long trips and repeated use without issue. It gives you a reliable foundation that holds up through all kinds of road conditions.
The cutout spokes and black powder coat finish create a traditional trailer look. It's a style that stays sharp and blends well across a wide range of trailers.

Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at the Lionshead 14 inch by 5 1/2-inch black spoke steel trailer wheel with the 5 on 4 1/2-inch bolt pattern. Now this is a steel wheel, has a multi-spoke design, it's sturdy and corrosion resistant, and the finish on is a rust-resistant finish. Includes a black powder coat on both sides front and back. And if you notice, the center cap is not included. If you do want a center cap, we do sell those separately.
You do wanna make sure to get a center cap. It'll have the same diameter as this pilot hole 'cause when you install it, it'll slide in through the back through this hole. The diameter of this pilot hole is 3.19 inches. Now if you notice also right over here, they do include a valve stem. It is pre-installed.
And this wheel does meet the DOT and SAE J 1204 specifications and the wheel is made in the USA. A few measurements on this, we're gonna measure the diameter and the width, and the diameter is always measured inside to inside. So bead seat to bead seat. So if we go, there's your inside to inside, it's 14-inch diameter. The width we mentioned is the same way, inside to inside or bead seat to bead seat.
And there's your 5 1/2-inch width. Now the bolt pattern on this wheel is a 5 on 4 1/2 inch bolt pattern. And if you wanna measure that on a wheel like this, that's an odd number of lugs, five lugs. What you'll do is pick any hole, let's say this one right here, and then measure across to either one of these holes. And when you measure, it's from the center of the starting hole to the furthest edge of whichever hole you measure to.
So on this wheel, it'll measure 4 1/2 inches. So that's telling you it's a five lug, 4 1/2-inch bolt pattern. Does use a wheel lug size of a 1/2 inch by 20, and the weight capacity on this wheel is 2,200 pounds. Now we do also offer many other items for your trailer.
