When you’re hauling at real highway speeds, this setup is made to stay smooth and steady. The Kenda P245/45ZR18 radial tire is rated for up to 186 mph (speed rating Y) and carries 1,764 lbs at 50 psi. Its double steel belts and full nylon plies add strength and stability, while the computer-generated tread design delivers traction you can count on in both wet and dry conditions.
Every mile feels solid thanks to a combination of smart design and built-in balance. The radial construction couples the durability of a bias tire with the ride quality of a true radial. Each assembly includes two 3-oz bags of tire balancing beads that continuously readjust as you drive, keeping vibration in check and wear even across the tread.
This 18" x 9" aluminum wheel looks sharp and stays that way. The matte black finish is corrosion-resistant and lightweight, and a clear coat on both front and back shields it from scuffs, scratches, and road grime. It’s a wheel that keeps its clean look even after seasons of use.
Fitment comes easy with clear specs that take the guesswork out. The wheel has a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern, +10 mm offset, 78.1 mm pilot diameter, and uses 1/2"-20 bolts. Rated for 2,200 lbs of wheel capacity, it’s paired perfectly to the tire’s load rating so you’re set up for reliable towing right from the start.
Kenda backs this tire with a straightforward promise—if it’s damaged in any way within the first year, it’ll be replaced at no charge. That’s confidence you can roll with from your first trip onward.
1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

Hello, everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this Kenda Vezda 245/45Zr18 extra load, ultra high performance all season tire. And it's mounted on this Sendel 18 inch matte black aluminum wheel with the dual bolt patterns. Now the tire, the tire is a Kenda Vezda tire. We mentioned it's an ultra high performance all season tire. And it provides a great ride and expert handling for year-round conditions.
The tire itself is formulated with a special silica compound that combines summer levels of wet and dry performance with strong cold weather and light snow capabilities. Now this assembly, this is the same tire wheel assembly that is offered by NITRO bass boats for their trailer 18 inch upgrade option. Now when you do order that option, it does also require that the wider fiberglass fender option is included to for these wider tires to fit the trailer. Also, if you notice right over here on the valve stem, you'll notice it has a red valve cap on the valve stem. And what that red cap indicates is that this assembly does contain tire balancing beads that'll continuously and automatically readjust the balance of your tires.
Now the tire size will be stamped on the sidewall. Right here you can see 245/45Zr18. The r means that it is a radial tire. Section width 9.6 inches. Overall diameter from the bottom to the top when it's inflated is 26.7.
And the maximum load capacity on this is 1,764 pounds at 51 PSI. And this all drive performance does have a a speed rating, and they stamp it on the sidewall by a letter designation. And on this run, you'll find it right after the tire size. It'll have a load index and then the letter Y. Speed rating Y means this has 186 mile per hour speed rating.
Now the wheel that's mounted on it is an 18 inch by nine inch aluminum wheel. And it does offer a dual bolt pattern. If I spin it around, you'll be able to see the 10 holes. You can use this on either a five on 4 1/2 inch bolt pattern or a five on five inch bolt pattern. Now this aluminum wheel is durable, lightweight and rust proof. The wheel is a Sendel steel series S37. You can see it's an open spoke design, and it's in an all matte black finish. The front and even the back of the wheel are all clear coated to protect against scuffs and scratches. And if you notice, it does include this matte black center cap that'll cover the lug holes that you're not using. And this cover cap can be removed with this included removal tool. You can see it has a little bent into it. You just put that behind there and you can pry open and that cap will come right off. Also, a nice feature is on the center cap, instead of removing the whole center cap, this center portion can also be popped off, removed separately from the cover if you need to access any easy lube axles. And this wheel is a high quality wheel. It does meet the DOT specifications. The diameter on this again is 18 inches. The width on just the wheel is nine inches wide. The bolt patterns, I'll spin it around. You can see both of them. We mentioned is a five on 4 1/2, or a five on five. It does have a minimum offset, like positive 10 millimeters. And what the offset is this mounting surface right here. When it's at the center line of the wheel, that's zero is the starting point. So if that mounting surface moves towards the front of the wheel, that's a positive offset. So this one has a positive 10 millimeters to the front of the wheel, which means it's gonna pull your wheel and tire a little bit back towards the trailer. It does use a wheel lug size of a half inch by 20. The pilot hole diameter and the hub diameter right here, 78.1 millimeters, and the load rating on the wheel is 2,200 pounds. But that should do it for a look at the Kenda Vezda 245/45Zr18 extra load, ultra high performance all season tire on this Sendel 18 inch matte black aluminum wheel.

Exact match to what I have on my trailer
The delivery date was pushed back but the wheels arrived just in time for the mild weather! The wheels were just as expected out of the box. The video describing the specs was also extremely helpful. I am very pleased with the appearance of these wheels and am looking forward to see how they perform on the road!
