Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at these Tandem Axle Trailer Hangers for your two inch Slipper Springs. These leaf spring mounting hangers are going to attach four two inch slipper leaf springs to your trailer frame. And they are designed for use on trailers with Tandem 3,500 pound, to 8,000 pound axles. Now on this product page, there is a table that you can use to determine the hangar location, based on the type of leaf springs.
And these hangers will achieve a four and three quarter inch, five inch, or five and a quarter inch clearance between the trailer frame and axle, depending on your axle size. So this is going to include two front hangers, two center hangers, and two rear hangers. Let me go ahead and retrieve my ruler, and just give you the measurements of these hangers. So measuring the front hangers first, we're gonna be measuring from the center of the bolt hole to the top of the hangar. So as you can see, our front hanger measures right at four and a quarter inches.
And then our center hanger, we are sitting right at three and a half inches. And then finally, our rear hangers, again from the center of the bolt hole all the way to the top. We are sitting right at five and a quarter inches tall. Now, equalizers, shackle straps, bolts, and the components that you're gonna need for mounting your axle to your springs are sold separately.
