IM putting 18 LED lights on a horse trailer. I HAVE A POWERED TAILLIGHHT CONVERTER . THE TAIL/RUNNING LIGHT CIRCUIT HAS 6.0 AMPS TURNING LIGHTS HAS 3.0 AMPS WILL THAT WORK FOR ME OR DO YOU HAVE WHAT I NEED

You should be just fine, LED lights draw a very small amount of amperage. For example, the # STL69RCB that you referenced only draws .270 amps for the brighter illumination and for the dimmer illumination .025 amps.
I attached a link to a page that has all of the LED trailer taillights we offer.
The amperage draw of each light is listed on the product pages. You will want to count up all of the amps that are drawn for each assembly and compare that to the amp capacities of each circuit you have to determine if you would have enough.
If you need more amperage you could upgrade to the # 119250KIT as it has stop/turn light: (4.2 amps) and tail lights: (7.5 amps)
