Im trying to determine which garnish trim that I need for my 2000 Fleetwood Southwind Storm 30H. The roof is 4inch inches thick and the garnish that I need to replace is 4-1/2inch in height. Which garnish trim do I need?

To get a ceiling garnish that is exactly 4-1/2 inches in length you would need the part # VA0445-37 which is 5-1/8 inches tall and then trim it down to 4-1/2 inches.
