I am looking for the inside trim for my vent the size of the trim is 13.5x13.5x4inch color is white

Sounds like you might be looking for a ceiling garnish like the part # VA0445-36 which has a depth of 4-1/8 inch like you need. This is designed to fit a rough cut ceiling opening of 14-1/4 by 14-1/4 inch which is probably what you need.
