Hi William!

I believe what you are looking for is the Konig Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - Square Link - Assisted Tensioning - 1 Pair # KON74FR. These have that cable that goes around the back of the tire to make installing and removing them easier (see included picture), has a built in tensioner (so you will not need another one), and the assisted tensioning design means the chains center themselves and stay snug as you drive. They are on the expensive side, but they are very nice and very easy to use and live with. Plus they have a 5 year warranty.

If you were wanting something less expensive, we do also have the Titan Chain Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - Square Link - Assisted Tensioning - 1 Pair # TC2539. These are a very similar design to the previously mention Konig chains and also have that wire around the back of the tire for ease of use as well as assisted tensioning, but they are just a little less nice. And they only have a 30 day warranty.

Are you wanting chains for a trip to the mountains or are you getting a lot of snow where you are located.

Hey William, how did the tire chains work out on your AT4X with those 305/70/18 tires? Your feedback could really help others choosing between the Konig and Titan options. Sharing what you found most useful would be great for anyone comparing the two.

I used the snow Chains for the first time for the past two days on a 2025 2500 Silverado Custom Z71 with Goodyear Dura Trac RT 34 inch tires. I put the snow chains on the rear tires. The install was quick and easy. I test fitted the chains when they arrived. This is only the second time I placed them on the truck. The chains fit tightly and do not slap around. I have driven in the ice and snow outside of Boone NC with no issues for about 40 miles.

@Andy Nice! Glad they worked well for you! Good idea doing the test fit as well. Having the first time putting them on being on the side of the road in the freezing cold is typically not the most fun. Ask me how I know. : P Be safe out there!
