Hi Ryan; the # F2701 is only confirmed to fit pickup models of the 2007 Ram 3500. For your cab and chassis dually you need the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2478. This is the standard kit with a 5,000 lb load-leveling capacity which is the only option for your truck.
