Will the airlift 5000 work on my vehicle?

I may have a solution for you to add airbags to your 2021 Ram 3500 Cab and Chassis, but AirLift does not make an air bag solution for this truck. You'll want to measure the distance from the outside of the frame to the inside of the tire and make sure it is at least 8", and as long as that is the case you can use the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Double Convoluted - Rear Axle # F2478. These Firestone bags are a confirmed fit on your 3500 cab and chassis with the diesel engine and give you a reliable air bag system.

To add compressor system that will allow you to inflate the bags on the fly I recommend using the Firestone # F2219, which comes with an analog gauge and switches to install in the cab of the truck. This is a convenient addition to these systems that allows you to avoid having to stop for air each time the bags need a refill or adjustment and the heavy duty compressor can also be used to inflate tires or operate light duty air tools.
