Question:

Researching best options for upgrading the suspension on 2017 ram 3500 4wd dually with 8foot bed and factory goose neck and 5th wheel rails installed. Loaded the camper dry and the truck squatted 4.5 inches at the wheel wells. Extended the driver side slide room with norcold 6 cu-ft Refridgerator installed in slide and the truck leaned over to that side an inch or so.. I would appreciate your recommendations.

For your 2017 Ram 3500 4WD dually, I recommend the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2478. The brackets for these air springs are compatible with an in-bed hitch and the air springs themselves have a 4,800 pound load-leveling capacity. The air bags can be adjusted manually, from side to side, to help level out your truck with the refrigerator installed on one side of your truck camper and they will definitely help reduce the rear sag you are experiencing.

You might also benefit from adding a compressor kit like the Firestone Air Command II # F2168 so that you can monitor and inflate the air springs from the comfort of your cab.
