Wind noise can wear you out on long drives. These aero-style crossbars are built to minimize that. Push-down rubber strips fill the top channels, which helps reduce wind noise and vibration while you’re driving. The combination of shape and channel sealing keeps things quieter, even when you’ve got a full load up top.
This rack is ready for all kinds of gear. The aerodynamic bars work with accessories that mount in the top channels or clamp around the bars—everything from bikes and kayaks to snow carriers and cargo boxes. That flexibility means you can keep using your favorite mounts and swap setups between seasons without extra hassle.
The integrated design makes setup straightforward. Each system includes two BaseLine FX crossbars with towers and a custom fit kit that installs directly onto a naked roof. It’s one complete system built to stay secure and stable once in place, giving you solid confidence for hauling gear wherever you go.
If you want to protect your rack and gear, Yakima’s Same Key System (SKS) lock cores are available separately. They secure both the rack and any channel-mount accessories, adding peace of mind when you leave your vehicle parked overnight or at a trailhead.
