Best Roof Rack and Tire Chain for 2020 Honda Clarity

The five roof racks that we have for your 2020 Honda Clarity are all Yakima systems with the main difference just being the types of crossbars that come with it. Of the five, the Yakima Jetstream Roof Rack kit is my favorite. That has part numbers # Y00425, # Y28TR, # Y06117.

The roof rack itself is pretty easy to install. The trickiest part may be the custom fit clips # Y06117 and the towers # Y28TR if you're not used to them. I attached a video of the install process that uses a similar kit and towers that can you can follow while you install. We have several videos, so if you get stuck, just visit the product page and choose from there.

As for snow cables, I'm sure the Honda employee recommended that because you have limited wheel clearance and need a "S-class" tire chain. We do have snow cables like the Titan Chain Diagonal Cable Chain # TC339DC that fit tire size 235/45-18. I like these best of the compatible snow cables since they have a diagonal pattern that works better with stops and turns compared to the traditional ladder style chain.

However, I much prefer a tire chain like the Konig D-Link # TH01221102 since they are SO MUCH easier to install. They are also S-class, and I linked a video where my coworker put it on a Tesla 3. If it can fit on the limited wheel clearance of a Tesla, then it's really a low-profile snow tire chain.
