Will this work with my Prius? I do not want to drill in anyway, and I not have mounting points or factory rails on my roof.

I have a solution for you, but unfortunately the Rhino-Rack Roof Rack for Thule and Yakima Tracks - 2 Heavy-Duty Crossbars - Black - 65" Long # Y01-140B-NT require tracks like the Yakima 42" Tracks for Roof Racks # Y01126. These types of tracks do require drilling.
For a roof rack that completely avoids drilling and will fit your vehicle, I recommend the following parts:

- BaseClip Fit Kit for Yakima BaseLine Roof Rack Towers - Qty 4 # Y06117

With this roof rack system, you will be able to transport cargo and accessories without any drilling required for installation. The roof rack has a maximum weight capacity of 120 pounds, but I recommend consulting your Toyota's user manual in order to confirm your maximum weight capacity of your Prius' roof.
