Can you recommend a Y-clip# to be ed to SST tower for Prius Gen 3

The Yakima SST towers are really old at this point and there's nothing we can recommend that would allow the reuse of them. If you have a set of round Yakima crossbars though you would be able to reuse them on your 2010 Toyota Prius. The current recommended Yakima roof rack for your vehicle consists of part numbers # Y00409, # Y28TR, # Y03536, and # Y06117.
