The flush design keeps the crossbars tight to the roofline, giving your setup a clean, from-the-factory look. Nothing extends past the feet, so everything stays compact and streamlined. The rack blends right in, keeping a low profile while still being ready to haul your favorite gear.
Nobody wants constant wind noise on the highway. These aero-style aluminum crossbars have a shape that helps cut through the air more smoothly. The split rubber strips in the top channels help reduce wind noise and vibration, so your drives stay quieter and more relaxed. You’ll notice the difference when you don’t have to drown out the sound.
Whether it’s kayaks in the summer or skis in the winter, these bars are ready for all kinds of adventures. They’re compatible with most bike, watersport, snow, and cargo carriers, and they accept both channel-mount and clamp-on accessories. That means you can use the gear you already have without needing extra adapters.
Mounting accessories can be a pain when you have to trim rubber strips just to make them fit. With this design, there’s no trimming required. The top channels have split strips that open up so you can easily slide in your mounts, then close back around them. It’s clean, simple, and keeps wind and weather out of those channels.
You can add Thule’s One-Key System (sold separately) for extra theft deterrence when you’re parked. It lets you secure both the rack and your channel-mounted gear with a single key. It’s a small addition that adds big peace of mind when you’re leaving your gear loaded overnight or stopping for breaks on long trips.

Sara was incredibly helpful. She skillfully outlined all the alternatives and then put the correct components together to build a custom fitted roof rack to carry our Thule cargo box. Everything arrived earlier than promised. Outstanding service!
This kit fit perfectly for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was a easy install. Enerything was included, including the torque "wrench" that was needed.
It took me a VERY long time to figure out what I needed to mount my Hullivator on my 22 Subaru Outback Limited. I bought the wrong parts on round 1, and finally after 2 yrs of frustration, asked AI what I needed. I don't entirely trust AI, but it got me on the right track. I asked the 'chat' person on etrailer about the AI suggestion, and the gal who helped me, Autumn, said the feet part was correct, but to use this fit kit. I ordered it immediately. Today was the day. Of note, this fit kit has specific parts for the front and rear passenger side and front and rear driver side. Pay attention to the photo directions!! The parts are different for each side. On my Outback, they mount at 69cm apart. The cladding and design of the Outback roof system leaves much to be desired, but this worked and I'm looking forward to FINALLY using my Hullivator.
We bought a new vehicle that we already had several Thule accessories for. Purchased the fit kit for our Tahoe along with the Flush Rail feet and they fit perfectly.
For XXX bucks I thought it would include the keys. Not plastic plugs. Instructions say it should have key. They even talk about how to store the key. My advice to anyone is buy it directly from dealer.
Initially I was worried that I good not get a good Roof Rack configuration to match my 2022 Kia Telluride. When I asked etrailer for some assistance on the configuration, Jon was quick to reply with an excellent solution. He definitely knew the products. Unfortunately, my initial shipment was damaged but Gwen and team quickly got me replacements in the mail. I have received and installed all components and couldn't be more satisfied.
