The flush design keeps the bars tight to the roofline for a low-profile, factory-style appearance. The crossbars don’t extend past the feet, so the rack looks integrated instead of oversized. It gives a clean, finished look that blends in while staying sturdy and functional.
Driving with roof gear doesn’t have to sound like you’re in a wind tunnel. These aero-style aluminum crossbars are shaped to reduce drag and vibration as air flows over them. Push-down rubber strips in the top channels fill the gaps to help quiet wind noise and keep your drive peaceful.
These bars make it simple to bring along all kinds of gear. The top channels accept channel-mount hardware, while the curved shape also fits clamp-on mounts. Whether you’re loading up cargo carriers, kayak cradles, or bike racks, you can easily secure your accessories and hit the road.
Some channel systems need trimming before you can mount anything. These don’t. The push-down rubber strips let you press hardware directly into the slot without cutting anything down. Once installed, the strips close up around the mount to help seal out noise and weather.
When your vehicle is parked, the lockable leg covers help protect both the rack and any channel-mounted gear from theft. It’s a small detail that adds peace of mind so you can focus on your trip instead of worrying about your setup.

I like that the bars don't extend too much beyond the width of the vehicle (2012 Toyota Prius V). No noticeable wind noise or fuel economy change. They held two bikes just fine.

Good racks, one year of frequent use and no problems. The instructions could have been clearer, but once I figured it out it was easy to install.

This year I had procrastinated my gift buying to the point where a set of roof racks for my wife's car was nearly out of reach, one, because the xmas rush was in full swing, and two, receiving them in time for the holiday was next to impossible. I am so happy that the etrailer team put my worries to rest when I placed my order and ensured me all would be fine. Today, a day earlier then promised, everything arrived.
I can't speak to the quality or fit of the product yet, since it is wrapped and hidden away. I will certainly do so after xmas.
Still holding up as well as the day it was installed (Mar'20). I've loaded this system down with a basket full of camping gear and another trip with 3 kayaks and single bike. Everything stayed solid and didn't budge at highway speeds and windy mountain roads.

Prefect fit and looks great on my 2008 Evo X. The install videos made it super easy to put together and install.
Perfect fit on our vehicle and they feel strong and sturdy. Install wasn’t bad either. Very happy with the kit at this point and will test them out this weekend.
