We have a few roof racks to fit your 2016 Honda HR-V with a naked roof. I recommend the Inno Aero Roof Rack consisting of the 42" Crossbars # INXB108-2, the Inno Feet # INXS200 and the Inno Fit Kit # INK878. I recommend this rack because it has an OEM look as the Aero bars do not extend past your roof for a clean, tight fit. Also, the elliptical shape helps to create an aerodynamic system with no need for a fairing.
This bar is 42" long and can support 165 lbs. However, be sure to consult your owners manual to see how much weight your 2016 Honda HR-V can support before carrying any weight on your crossbars.
