To see if this custom-fit item will work for you please tell us what vehicle you'll use it with.
The flush design keeps the crossbars tight to the roofline for a clean, from-the-factory style. Because the bars don’t extend past the feet, the rack blends in with the vehicle and keeps a low profile on every trip. The Inno Aero Flush Roof Rack looks integrated—not like an add-on—so it fits right in with your everyday setup.
Driving with crossbars doesn’t have to mean constant whistling. These aero-style aluminum bars are shaped to reduce drag, while push-down rubber strips fill the top channels to help cut wind noise and vibration. That keeps your highway drives quieter and more relaxed without needing any extra fixes or trimming.
No matter what you’re hauling, these crossbars have you covered. The top channels accept channel-mount hardware, while the bar shape also fits clamp-on carriers. You can mount cargo boxes, kayak cradles, ski holders, or bike racks—whatever your next trip calls for—without worrying about special adapters.
A solid aluminum build gives this rack the strength to carry your gear securely. With a 165-lb weight capacity (always follow your vehicle’s roof limits), it’s up for kayaks, camping gear, or cargo boxes on long hauls. The durable construction resists wear and stands up to years of outdoor use.
When you’re parked at a trailhead or campground, lockable leg covers help protect both the rack and any channel-mounted accessories from theft. It’s an extra bit of peace of mind so you can focus on the adventure ahead instead of worrying about your gear.

Just the right length for a very factory look. Love it.
Inno makes the best products
The entire process was Easy Peasy! Ordering, excellent packaging, and easy install! I couldn't be happier; my hat is off to this fantastic company!!
etrailer was great to work with on my order. I really didn't now what I needed, but I knew what I wanted it to do. They were very knowledgable and helpful. Will definitely recommend and use again.
Awesome product. It has everything in it needed to mount to multiple different vehicles. From what I remember it was a little confusing to figure out which pieces I needed to use. To have specific instructions for every possible combination would be impossible. The instructions are vastly better than IKEA's instructions.
The only problem that I am having is that I need to move the rack to a different vehicle and I do not remember where I put the extra parts.
Very happy with purchase. This third rack system I have purchased ( for different vehicles) and first Inno system. Seems every bit the quality of my Yakimas and like the attachment portion to roof rails, everything is coated so no possibility of scratching paint on car. Delivery was very quick and Etrailer price matched Amazon!
Everything about this kit met my expectations.
- Perfect fit for my Ford Edge, as advertised.
- Lowest bar height that was still high enough for the Edge Vista roof to clear. The glass does clear when nothing is attached to the bars.
- Aero bar shape. I haven't done a lot of miles yet with only the bars and no other attachments.
I attached an Inno roof box (which still fits through my garage door!) and did a 2000 mile road trip at insterstate speeds. Except the box noise (expected), and a bit of a mileage hit, I had no issues. Secure fit the whole way.
By far the best service I have received in a very long time. I recieved my inno flush feet areo crossbars, sooner than expected and the assembly was just as specified. I especially liked having the video with the tutorial.
I like the look of the low profile and the quality is outstanding. I have used this for my kayak and the low profile helps with the loading and unloading.
I would highly recommend this product and Company.
This was a hard vehicle to get a rack for (2000 Ford Excursion) Jeremy was super helpful to help me get this figured out, I can confirm that this kit does fit a Ford Excursion and it works perfectly. Thanks again.
Aero roof rack is very stylish and gives my car a good look. It’s low profile look is what I really enjoy about it. The bars are pretty wide so any bars you do add to them, you’ll have to do IN-DEPTH research to make sure they do fit. I’ve had some run in with some issues with bike racks
