The Solera RV Slide-Out Awning - 91" Wide - White shields your slide-out roof from leaves, dirt, and standing water that can damage seals or cause mildew. It extends and retracts automatically along with your slide-out, creating a protective cover that keeps moisture and grime from getting inside. Designed for slide-outs 86"–91" wide with a 48" extension, it uses a 91" awning rail and provides full coverage across the top edge of your room.
This awning is made with heavy-duty, 13.5-oz vinyl that stands up to sun, rain, and freezing temperatures. The fabric is cold-crack tested down to -25°F so it won’t stiffen or split in winter. Heat-welded seams help stop leaks, keeping your slide-out dry and protected year-round. The white fabric and matching hardware blend cleanly with most setups for a factory-finished look.
Everything you need for a complete install comes in the box—mounting brackets, hardware, and a matching white awning rail. The roller tube arrives with the fabric already mounted, so setup is straightforward. Self-tapping screws secure the access plate, and the rail can be positioned up to 5" above the slide box trim to fine-tune fit and drainage angle.
To work correctly, the topper needs 7" of clearance on both sides of the slide-out (or 14" total between two adjacent slides). This ensures the arms have room to move freely and the fabric stays tight for smooth rolling. A steep angle helps rain drain fast, preventing permanent stretching.
