Why Does 2019 Forest River Rockwood Have Hard Water Spots On Sink, Dishes, And Shower?

We’ve got a 2019 Forest River Rockwood and the water leaves spots all over everything - sinks, dishes, even the shower. Is that something a filter fixes? I want a water filter system regardless.
