Question:
Are these systems pretty much plug-and-play with any RV, or am I going to need adapters and extra parts?

Hello Kevin, for most RVs, these are very close to plug-and-play.
The portable systems like the AR3 Elite filter kit # GB59FR and ARX+ # GB54FR use standard garden hose connections, which match typical campground spigots and RV inlets. Those wouldn't typically need any adapters.
The SOLO filter kit # GB64FR installs inside using 1/2" PEX, which is the standard size for most RV plumbing. This typically wouldn't need any adapters either.
So unless you’ve got a custom setup or older rig with non-standard fittings, you shouldn’t need much extra.
What kind of camper are you working with? And what is your end goal for filtration? I can try to help you decide which kit is a better fit for your application.
