Need extra light over your camper kitchen sink for when you do the dishes? Or perhaps you need to upgrade the dim, old lights in your enclosed car hauler? This dome light has warm yellow LEDs that give you brighter light underneath a kitchen cabinet, in a walkway, above a shower stall, or inside a small hunting cabin.
LEDs are more energy efficient, last longer, and burn brighter than lights with incandescent bulbs. You won't have to worry about replacing bulbs that have brittle filaments. And because LEDs draw minimal power, the light won't drain your battery, overload your circuits, or produce too much heat.
Surface-Mount, Bolt-On Installation is Easy
This surface-mount dome light is incredibly easy to install as an upgrade or direct replacement of your existing light. To access the bolt holes, pull the lens up and away from the housing. Do not use any tools to remove the lens, as it will crack. Then, using hardware (not included), bolt the housing onto the ceiling, wall, or cabinet before re-installing the lens. The light has a 2-wire design that hooks up to ground (white wire) and power (black wire). Once you're finished, you can then turn the light on and off using the integrated toggle switch in the center of the light. And if you want to be able to control the brightness of the light, you can connect it to an LED-compatible dimmer switch (not included).

Today, we're reviewing Part Number LIL9L from Custer. This is an interior light for your RV. It has 9 LEDs. It surface mounts. It's made of a white acrylic plastic, which is durable and also attractive. There are 9 LEDs, three rows of 3, right there.
Those are LEDs, as you know, are much brighter than incandescent bulbs and they burn more coolly. The on-off toggle switch is convenient. This is especially helpful in a closed space, like a closet or a cupboard. We're going to turn this on so I can show you how it shines. I'll connect it to our portable power source. It has two pigtail wires.
One should be used for power, the other one for ground. It does not matter which wire you use for ground and power. OK, we've got them connected. Now, we can turn off our overhead light. Turn on the power, and there's your light. I don't know if you can read by it, but it looks like you might be able to.
I brought a book up here to show you. So, the book is that far away from it. You can read it. It's not going to be strong like a flashlight, but I think you can read by it. Let's turn our overhead light back on and disconnect it. This light is 7-1/4 inches from top to bottom.

I received the three different LED interior lights that I ordered and hooked them up to a battery as soon as they got here. I was blown away as they were much brighter in person than your videos, which I appreciate very much. We're in a hurry up mode as we need to be on the road in one week. Hope to send some pics of the finished camper soon.
